For the last four years the Enterprise Island Team has been working away on our Enterprise Leadership programme. It's bold its challenging and it's not for the faint hearted. We have taken all our work on creating entrepreneurs and applied it to companies’ organisations and communities. No one is safe.

At the heart of this programme is a belief that "every employee needs a reason to stay". If any business or organisation fails to unlock the potential of its workforce it will fail to deliver. We live in a very fast moving, stressful and competitive environment and everyone working for someone has to produce-either more profits or more outputs. All too soon individuals and teams start to drown in a welter of Stuff. That’s where the Enterprise Leadership Programme comes in for its core philosophy is that the minute a business stops being enterprising it starts under performing.
